Wine Club Membership Terms and Conditions

By joining the DaFoe Wines Club, you agree to a one-year membership commitment or the number of shipments specific to your chosen club. If you select “Pick-Up” as your delivery method, you must retrieve your shipment within 30 days of the notification. After 45 days, unclaimed shipments will be returned to stock, and the availability of those wines is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date address, payment information, and delivery preferences through our website portal or by contacting us directly.

Before each shipment, you will receive an email notification, and your credit card will be charged within 48 hours of this notice. Your order will be ready for pick-up or will ship within two weeks of processing. If a shipment is returned, you will be charged a $30 fee plus the cost of reshipping. Tracking information will be sent via email once the shipping label is created. Please note that shipments may be delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances at our discretion.

By signing up for a DaFoe Wines Club membership, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. An adult signature is required upon delivery of all wine shipments, and packages cannot be left without a signature. If your package is returned, the cost of reshipping will be at your expense, along with a $30 fee. Early cancellation of your membership before the commitment term will incur a $100 fee to recoup discounts and complimentary tastings provided.

We are unable to ship wine to Mississippi (MS) and Alabama (AL), and all sales are final once the wine has shipped.
