2022 MONDIAL
Vintage white blend consisting of Albariño (65%), and Grenache Blanc (35%) grown in the Santa Ynez Valley and Ballard Canyon AVAs. Bright and fresh with complex flavors and depth. Pressed whole cluster and fermented separately in steel barrels. The Albariño was aged in neutral French oak barrels. This is an intentional blend where the grape components change each vintage. Focusing on fragrant aromatics, rich texture & fresh acidity.

2021 SWITCHBLADE
Skin fermented white blend consisting of Grenache Blanc 87% and Viognier 13% grown in the Santa Ynez Valley AVA. Crushed by foot and fermented with whole clusters using ambient yeast in 1-ton boxes. This wine was on the skins and stems for 24 days, pressed to neutral French oak barrels and aged for 11 months.

2020 SITESEER
The 2020 SITESEER is a Santa Ynez Valley red blend consisting of Grenache 62%, Syrah 33%, Grenache Blanc 4% and Viognier 1%. This is a focused red wine blend plan intended from the day the grapes are picked. Though this wine looks light in the glass it is full of depth and complex texture. The vineyard sites for these grapes consist of mainly rocky clay loam soils typical to the Santa Ynez Valley AVA. There is a daily moderating wind element to the sites and you can taste the youth of the vines. This wine was fermented using 60% whole cluster and ambient yeasts in 1 ton boxes. Pressed to a mix of a neutral French oak cooperages and aged for 20 months.

2021 Nebbiolo
100% Nebbiolo sourced from Colpo di Fortuna Vineyard, tucked up in the foothills just accross the river from Solvang,CA. Aged in neutral French oak barrels and aged for 24 months. This wine expresses classic Nebbiolo traits, with bright aromatics, soft mid-palate texture and a long structured finish. It will age for many years.

A beautiful and unique expression with plush texture, balanced to fresh acidity for a youthful attitude. Sourced from Rio Vista Vineyard in the STA. RITA HILLS AVA, 100% whole cluster, Calera clone grapes tell the story with a complex, old world feeling.

2021 Chardonnay
Old vine Chardonnay from the ALISOS CANYON AVA. 100% Wente Clone vines planted on their own roots in the early 1990’s. Fermented with ambient yeasts, aged in neutral French oak casks for 25 months and put to bottle unfiltered. Full bodied yet fresh.
